My Ipod didn't have songs in it when i bought it so i gave it to my girlfriend and let her have it for a week. She put almost a thousand songs in it and almost everything was RnB, sorry for the RnB fans but i don't like the genre much but it is still acceptable to my ear anyway. I have no choice when i got my ipod back so i listened to the songs anyway. After a few songs played i notice that it was alphabetically playing so i shuffled my player, after a few song i landed to a song "Skyscraper" by Demi Lovato. I really don't know how and why it moved me but of all the songs i listened to it was different. The song goes like this...
Skies are crying I am watching
Catching teardrops in my hands
Only silence as it's ending, like we never had a chance
Do you have to, make me feel like there is nothing left of me?
You can take everything I have
You can break everything I am
Like I'm made of glass
Like I'm made of paper
Go on and try to tear me down
I will be rising from the ground
Like a skyscraper!
Like a skyscraper!
As the smoke clears
I awaken, and untangle you from me
Would it make you, feel better to watch me while I bleed?
All my windows, still are broken
But I'm standing on my feet
Go run, run, run
I'm gonna stay right here
Watch you disappear, yeah
Go run, run, run
Yeah it's a long way down
But I am closer to the clouds up here
When i understood the lyrics i realized that whether you like it or not, there are lot of miserable people out there who want people like YOU and ME to feel miserable as well. The good thing about this song is, it shows hope in the future. I believe that "If there is HOPE in the FUTURE there would be POWER in the PRESENT and if there is NO HOPE in the FUTURE there would be NO POWER in the PRESENT". What you thought about YESTERDAY is what will you do TODAY and what you will do today will be the basis of what you will be TOMORROW.
I was totally reminded by the song that we are born for greatness and we have a great purpose in life. To be in the positive side of the coin rather on the negative side. According to a book, there is no STORMFREE life but there is a STORMPROOF life. We all have DREAMS and I encourage you to stand and hold on to your passion in life. Treat your dreams as a treasure hidden in a field and never ever allow anyone to steal it from you because that is a God given VISION, i know sometimes the vision becomes blurry because of what is happening in our lives but always remember that God would not give you that VISION if He did not prepare your DESTINATION (Success), just continue to FOCUS and I know one day we will all be a SKYSCRAPER :)
thanks for reading.

Lead!
"People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care"
-John Maxwell
Start encouraging one another, spur one another never let PRIDE have a room in your heart. It's your decision today that will dictate what you will do tomorrow and what you will do tomorrow will dictate your future. Have a SOUND mind, a HEART of service and a LEGACY of faith,. Create that culture of awesomeness and start to DO IT NOW! :)
-Abraham Lee
-John Maxwell
This quotation by John Maxwell is very true about leadership, being a leader doesn't require a great mind but a great heart.
If you are in the campus, office, or any organization i just want to tell you that no matter how good you are, unless you start caring for the people around you, you can never become a leader.
If you have a vision of leading your organization and have the passion to become successful in life, then now is the time you show your light.

Water ,Water, Water!
Forget about the "8 glasses of water a day" rule. Drink the equivalent of half your weight in ounces of water daily. In other words, if you weigh 160 pounds, half that is 80 — so you should be drinking 80 ounces of water daily. Eighty ounces is ten 8-ounce glasses. Anything less shortchanges your entire body of a vitally important nutrient.
Furthermore, start each day by drinking a portion of your daily water allotment — about 22 ounces — first thing in the morning. You've just spent 7 or 8 hours sleeping, and during that time, breathing and perspiring have used a considerable amount of water. A cup of coffee may help you wake up, but it won't do much to rehydrate you. Drinking water first helps replace what was lost during sleep.
And no, most beverages other than water don't count. Caffeinated and carbonated drinks, for example, have a diuretic effect, irritating the bladder and creating the sensation of the need to urinate.
On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are a water source wholeheartedly recommended. These foods contain high levels of water, along with plenty of valuable nutrients.
Water makes your skin subtle and your muscles plump-- and it is your best friend during a weight-loss regiment.
Do not wait to become thirsty before drinking water! If you're feeling thirsty, you are already dehydrated. That is not a good thing, even if the weather is cool.

240 seconds life changing workout
Don’t give up on your workout today. If you have a mere four minutes—that’s just 240 total seconds—to spare (and who doesn’t), then you do have time to squeeze in a super effective workout that provides major health, fitness and weight-loss benefits.
What is this 4-minute miracle workout?
Tabata.
Tabata is a specific style of interval training that has you alternating between:
-20 seconds of the highest intensity you can handle (all-out effort)
-10 seconds of total rest (no movement)
You repeat the 20-second “hard” intervals and 10-second “recovery” intervals for a total of eight rounds, which equals just four minutes.
Research shows that athletes who performed these specific time and intensity intervals saw significant increases in fat burning, increases in metabolic rates, and improvements in cardiovascular fitness that were comparable or better to exercisers who go for longer, more sustained workouts.
While no one would recommend that you swap out that hour on the treadmill for a four minute workout all the time, Tabata intervals are easy to incorporate into your existing cardio plan or a way to squeeze in a workout that still makes a big difference if you’re really short on time. Personally, I’d recommend no more than there Tabata-style interval sessions per week (along with the inclusion of more traditional and longer-lasting cardio workouts).
Here are some ideas to help you incorporate Tabata intervals into your workouts.
ON THE BIKE: Sprint with high resistance for 20 seconds, then recover with leg speed as slow as possible for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of four minutes.
ON THE TREADMILL: Sprint as fast as possible for 20 seconds, then recover by walking or standing still for 20 seconds. Repeat for a total of four minutes.
WITHOUT EQUIPMENT: You can do “all-out” efforts of jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers, box jumps, jumping rope, high-knee jogging in place—any activity that gets your heart rate up will work for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of total rest. You can stick to four full minutes of one move OR alternative between a few. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing—as long as you are pushing yourself to your highest possible intensity. Repeat for a total of four minutes.
OUTDOORS: Run or sprint (on a flat or up a hill) for 20 seconds, then recover by coming to a complete stop. Repeat for a total of four minutes.
The great thing about Tabata is that YOU control the intensity of your intervals. You go as hard as you can feasibly go—that’s what it takes to get the benefit. So even if that is 20 seconds of power walking, you’re doing it right. Cater it to your own level.
As a standalone workout, Tabata is great way to fit in a nice fitness challenge (and calorie burn) when you’re too busy to do anything that takes longer than 5-10 minutes. It gives you a big bang for your fitness buck.
And as a way to up the ante of your regular workouts, try incorporate a 4-minute round of Tabata 1-3 times a week into your runs, walks, or other cardio workouts to take your fitness to the next level. It could be just the thing you need to bust that plateau and start seeing the pounds drop off again.

Good night! Sweet DREAMS :)
"Believing is the first step in achieving"
How many of us have dreams in life? I guess all of us have dreams and that is pretty normal, i remember when i was a kid, my dream is to have a Ferrari sports car that may somehow look like this
When i was a kid i dream like a "rockstar" where i could have anything i want in life and my imagination is the limit but when i am growing up i realized that it is really hard to have those i have dreamed of, i am not born in a rich or upper-class type of a family and i am pretty sure that when i asked my father to buy me a Ferrari those days, he would probably say "Sabog ka ba?" ( " Are you high?")
Like me, i believe many of us have big dreams but doesn't have a big wallet to satisfy our dreams. I am not against sellers in the market but when we asked them what is their dream and many of them said, "Yung makakain lang ng tatlong beses sa isang araw pwede na." ( "Just to eat three times a day is okay")
We try to fit our dreams based on what we see in our wallets..
Yes!
Money is a big factor but it is not the the only one, i remember in a preaching said,
"money does not create money, ideas do"
I did not fully understand this phrase at first but when i begin to think of it i realized that all successful people have big dreams and those dreams drove them to have great ideas and those ideas made them a fortune. Like Mr. Henry Sy he dreamed of a department store where all of the shops would be inside of it, yes many people laughed at him and discouraged him before but now he has SM and was known as the richest guy in our country today. Henry Sy had a BIG dream and many laughed and discouraged him that is why i believe in a saying,
"The bigger your dreams are, the bigger the opposition will be"
So?
I encourage you to stick with your dreams and fight for what you want to be in the future, your dreams are worth fighting for, never allow anyone to steal your dreams or look down on you and tell you that you can't make it, stay away from negative people,
miserable people want people to be miserable
,stay away from them.
Lastly, i want to go back with the story of me asking for a Ferrari from my father, you all know what happened, since we are not rich i end up having this
But what do you think if my father was Bill Gates? I guess he can give me that Ferrari in an instant. Even if i ask a million dollars from him just to spend in month i think it would not be that big from him.
I just want to to tell you that you have a Father in Heaven where He owns everything in this world, never ever be shy to ask something from Him because He is your Father and you are His child, you are created to be a victor and not a victim, a winner not a loser, you are born for greatness. If you have a big dream, ask for it be SPECIFIC! Fight for it and i am sure that you will succeed.
I want to end with a quotation and I hope i have shared something with this post that may help you :)

Ordinary things, Ordinary People but Extra-Ordinary SUCCESS
What does a basketball mean to you? Maybe we used a basketball to play the sport, or use it to play with our friends, maybe we use it in dodgeball but how do you see it? i think it is senseless talking about a basketball because we all know it's purpose and how to use it. If you happen to know Michael Jordan, then i am happy to share you that MJ see basketball the other way around. It is LIFE for him, he loves basketball so much that he was called the greatest of all time.
Now,
What does a punching glove mean to you? yeah i know what you're thinking of right now and maybe you are saying to me that how obvious the answer is? well i tell you one guy i know who see the punching glove the other way around, He is Manny Pacquiao, Pacman used the boxing glove not to serve IT'S purpose but to serve HIS purpose and we all know what can a Manny Pacquiao can do with a pair of boxing gloves, how obvious the answer is?
So?
What does a golf ball mean to you? a tennis racket? a car? a soccer ball? a baseball bat? i can tell you many ordinary things and tell how ordinary people used them to impact the world but what i want to really share is
"How do they differ from others even if they are using the same Basketball, or the same shoes, or the same Boxing gloves?"
The answer is simple,
These ordinary men know how to take ACTION, there are lots of opportunities in the world but we just treat them as ordinary things and ignore them since they are ORDINARY but once we do something about the opportunity it's DIFFERENT, if we just devote ourselves into things we love to do, treat it as an opportunity and go out from our comfort zones it will be DIFFERENT. Now you might say "But i am not MJ or Manny?" yes i know but remember MJ and Manny are not Greatest Champions when they started.
So?
What do you love to do? Do you find it to be an opportunity in life? Do you have a VISION that someday you will be great with it? Do you dream to make it BIG? If your answer is YES then what would complete the EQUATION is ACTION
VISION + PASSION + ACTION = SUCCESS!
I hope i have shared something little with this post with you.
Thanks for your time reading

Appreciate the little things.. :)
I learned my lesson today, and that is to be patient in my prayers ;)
tapos bigla akong may nakitang biaheng caltex :)
KASO PUNONG PUNO.... XD
"Lord bigyan nyo po ako ng masasakyang caltex kahit hindi luwag kahit ung shoot na ako sa isang upuan" (humihina ang faith haha)
after 5 mins.....
wala namang lipa or rosario tapos...

I am the Original Creator of Facebook
"I am the Original Creator of Facebook, the almighty facebook user, the liker of all likes, the comment of all comments and the tagger of all tags, i control all the users of Facebook and i want them to unite as one. Some doesn't like me but almost everyone does. They may like the bird better but they will surely like me forever. Almost everyone is in me and i am with them, everyday in their life i believe is better."
I personally think that Facebook has ruled our lives today, it became an everyday routine to check updates on Facebook and it surely takes our valued time. Millions of people are addicted to Facebook, why? simply because almost everyone of us is a social animal and almost all of us wants to communicate with each other. Facebook has changed the 20th century by means of communication and it really affected the relationships of people. Some have fixed bad past relationships through Facebook and some relationships turned bad also. Facebook has lots of good benefits and has lots of bad as well. I have seen lots of friendship that broke in Facebook simply because of tagging a picture, it just saddens me because people fight nowadays with the wrong reasons. I think Facebook was invented for people to unite but sometimes it just turns out the opposite way.
Everything has a purpose including you and me. Maybe the Creator of Facebook wanted all the people to be connected with each other through his site but life doesn't simply go with what we want. Yes we have plans, good plans, but the plans of the Lord is best. We must know the difference between "good" and "best". Facebook can offer good relationships between people but God offers the best relationship ever
