Student to Professional

It's been a while since i last posted here and i'm very excited to share something that I've been into these past few months.

Two months ago i graduated in college and earned a BS degree in instrumentation and control engineering, it  seems that time really flies FAST! Yesterday i was a student and now i am a professional.

First of all i would like to consider myself really blessed because i landed a job in a matter of a month after my graduation, Praise God!. Let's face it, among the graduates each year only a little percentage of them can get jobs the same year and most of them end up jobless. Almost 18% of all the unemployed are fresh college graduates according to a newspaper. In a way, this shows that our country is still not on the verge of an economic boom rather, we are still thriving to attain that economic change for the betterment of our country just like a student who constantly work and study hard for him/her to graduate with flying colors and earn money for the betterment of his/her family.

Yes i graduated college in time and landed a job easily...

But am i really prepared? I mean, statistics tells us something about employment and our economy but  "Am i really prepared to be an engineer?" "Is our country really prepared for a great economic stature?"

OR..

am i just going with the flow? Am i truly competent and worthy to be called a professional or is it only because i graduated college?

Why am i thinking this way?

What i'm only holding on now is, God has his own reasons, i may not understand it but i know His timing is always exact and beautiful in it's own way.

I guess i should believe that i am really now a professional and stand up for myself and utilize my skills and knowledge to benefit people around me.

I am a student 2 months ago but now I'm a Field Service Engineer and i operate a  reverse osmosis system in a refinery. I am also doing part time coffee business and hopeful to make it BIG someday.

Lastly i would like to share a quote of mine

"Don't prove yourself to anyone because God has already proven something about you"

Until the next post :)

P.S. Sorry for the economy part i believe it's out of the topic haha
